Botox Injections in NYC
Conveniently located to serve New York City, Tribeca, and The Upper East Side
If you’re looking for a non-invasive treatment to turn back the hands of time, Botox is one of the most popular and effective anti-aging treatments on the market. In fact, over 11 million men and women worldwide have used Botox, making it one of the most common non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
Botox is the first and only treatment of its kind that’s FDA-approved for the treatment of moderate to severe forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Botox and other neurotoxins can also provide relief for patients with certain medical conditions, such as chronic migraines.
With almost immediate results, patients will be happy to see a rejuvenated, refreshed look with results lasting up to three to four months. Individual results will vary.
Like Xeomin and Dysport, Botox is considered a neurotoxin. During your complimentary consultation, a Master Injector will review all treatment options with you to determine which neurotoxin will achieve your aesthetic goals and stay within budget. Botox and other neurotoxins can also provide relief for patients with certain medical conditions, such as chronic migraines.
How does Botox work?
During your appointment, your provider will review your treatment areas and how many units of Botox are needed and then using small micro-needles, will precisely inject Botox into the facial muscles. The neurotoxin smooths the wrinkles by temporarily weakening the muscle.
At Tribeca Medspa, we take a comprehensive approach to your facial aesthetics and anti-aging. By combining neurotoxins and dermal fillers, we can address multiple areas of the face simultaneously, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles while restoring lost volume.
What is Baby Botox?
Baby Botox, also known as mini Botox or Barely-There Botox, is an increasingly popular cosmetic trend among younger age groups taking a preventative approach to delaying early signs of aging. While Baby Botox achieves similar goals to the traditional Botox treatment, it uses a smaller dose of Botox, creating less dramatic results. If you are new to Botox and opting for a more natural-looking result, Baby Botox may be a great treatment option for you! During your complimentary consultation, your medical provider will recommend a customized treatment plan that is right for you.
What do I need to know before my Botox procedure?
Typically, appointments take no longer than 30 minutes to complete, depending on the areas you are treating. To minimize the risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding anti-inflammatory supplements, such as Vitamin E, flaxseed oil and fish oil before your appointment.
What do I need to know after my Botox procedure?
Botox requires very little downtime. After your procedure, you can resume the rest of your day’s activities. Most people will have “Botox bumps” at the injection sites, which are small bumps that look similar to a mosquito bite. These bumps go away on their own and only last approximately 10-15 minutes after your Botox injections. We recommend that you let the injection sites heal on their own and not massage the area to reduce swelling. After your treatment, we also recommend refraining from exercise, and receiving a facial or massage for at least 24 hours.
How long does Botox last?
You can begin to see results as quickly as three days after your appointment, but it takes fourteen days to see the maximum skin-smoothing results of Botox. How long your Botox treatment lasts depends on a number of factors. While individual results may vary, typically you’ll be able to enjoy the look of your Botox results for approximately 3-4 months.
Is Botox safe?
Botox is FDA-approved and generally considered safe when performed by an experienced provider.
How much does Botox cost?
At Tribeca MedSpa, Botox is $18 per unit when you participate in our Neurotoxin Banking program. Botox Banking allows clients to purchase units of Botox at a locked-in price, making repeat Botox treatments more affordable. You can feel confident knowing that your prepaid units never expire! During each treatment, you simply withdraw from what you’ve banked. Learn more about Neurotoxin Banking here.

Will I still be able to make facial expressions?
That’s up to you. Whether you want to have a natural more rested and rejuvenated look, the “frozen” look, or anything in between, our medical providers will deliver the results you desire.
What other conditions does Botox treat?
Botox is FDA-approved for treating patients who experience excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis. During the procedure, we inject neurotoxins into multiple areas in the underarm, blocking the nerve signals that are responsible for sweating. Typically, the use of Botox for underarm sweating lasts approximately three to four months but individual results may vary.
Botox is proven to relieve symptoms of TMJ, jaw tension and migraines for many patients. During the treatment, Botox is injected into your facial muscles, forehead, temple and jaw, relaxing the muscles and reducing the discomfort that’s often associated with these conditions. The use of neurotoxins for TMJ is considered highly effective; one study found that neurotoxins improved symptoms of TMJ in 90% of study participants.
How do I know if I am a candidate?
If you have moderate to severe facial wrinkles that you would like to improve, a neurotoxin procedure may be right for you. With injectables such as Botox, you can begin with a mild enhancement and increase the results over time. It is essential to consult with an experienced medical provider that can evaluate your specific aesthetic goals to determine which neurotoxin procedure is a good fit.
Are there any side effects to Botox?
The most common side effects are minimal swelling and bruising at the Botox injection sites. There is a very low chance of infection.
Can I get Botox while pregnant?
Botox should not be used on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What is the Bestie Botox Program?
The Bestie Botox Program rewards you for sharing your medspa experience and asking a friend to come in for a Botox Cosmetic treatment. Refer a friend to Tribeca MedSpa and once your BFF books an appointment, you and your friend each receive a $50 credit toward your next injection.
