  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Tribeca MedSpa and SkinLab by Tribeca MedSpa will not accept any opened product for return or exchange. We will accept unopened product for a full refund or exchange within 2 weeks of purchase.  Any service pre paid, or packages prepaid cannot be returned.  If you want to trade in the value of your service, we can exchange for product or a gift card or any other services.  

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Tribeca MedSpa and SkinLab by Tribeca MedSpa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice prior to the date of treatment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee of $125 will be issued to your credit card. No-shows will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. A deposit may be required for treatments that last longer than 60 minutes, with a portion of that deposit being non-refundable if client no-shows for scheduled services.
