How soon will I see the results of my BOTOX®?
You can expect to see results within days after your treatment. It can take up to 14 days to see the maximum effect of BOTOX®. |

How can a wrinkle remover help with headaches?
The actual medical mechanism is not well understood. It is felt that the relaxing of muscle contraction that BOTOX® induces in the forehead and neck changes the "messages" that nerves in the region send to the brain. Somehow the nerves from these areas which transmit the sensation of pain are no longer obligated to tell your consciousness that you're having a headache., |

How is the BOTOX® administered?
The patient is given tiny injections in the forehead near the hairline. Usually only four little sticks are needed. We charge our customers by the unit of BOTOX® injected. Headache treatment starts with a 10 unit dose. If there has been no improvement after two weeks we might administer a second 10 unit dose. Rarely patients also require a set of injections at the back of the neck in the hairline. These injections are barely uncomfortable. |
